Viewer also available to view .doc,.docx,.xls,.xlsx,.ppt,.pptx in Microsoft site. Viewer are just use to view the document. We cant edit anything in the document. Viewer are mostly used in the situation of ms office is not installed/not available

How to make a background object transparent in powerpoint 2007

Step1: Right-click on the background object.

Step2:

Select Format Shape and also fill in the left pane.

Step3:

Click the radio button next to Picture or texture fill.

Step4:

Click the File button under Insert. Browse to the desired image file and select it.

Step5:

If the image is to utilized as a texture, check the Tile picture as texture checkbox.

Step6:

Adjust your offsets and alignment as desired.

Step7:

Use the Transparency slider bar to adjust the level of transparency to apply to the image. You will see a live preview of the effect.

Step8:

Click the Close button. Adjust the size of the object to properly view your image.

Remove Background from Inserted Images to Better Match Your Document in Word 2007

Step1: In Word document, go to the Ribbon and click on the Insert tab.

Step2:

Choose the Illustrations section and select Picture.

Step3:

Browse to the desired image file and select it.

Step4:

The image will be inserted into your Word document.

Step5:

Select the image and the Picture Tools tab will appear in the Ribbon.

Step6:

Go to the Background Removal section and select Background Removal.

Step7:

Resize the box that surrounds your image to highlight the maximum height and width of the area that you want to be included.

Step8:

Go to the Background Removal tab and use the Mark to Include and Mark to Remove buttons and select the areas that you wish to show/hide.

Step9:

When you have selected all desired parts of the image, press Return on your keyboard.

The altered image will now show on your document, sans background.

Create a Photo Album in Powerpoint 2007

You can use PowerPoint to create a photo album to display your photographs and pictures.

Step1: In powerpoint choose insert tab.

In Photo Album and select New Photo Album.

Step4: Select the image and click the Insert button.

Note: Your spreadsheet now contains the background image.

Remove the Background Image

Step1: Go to Page Setup section on the Page Layout tab and select Delete Background.

How to Print Comments in Excel 2007

It can be quite helpful to have a printout of all the comments that have been inserted on a worksheet.

Step1:Open the desired excel sheet.

: Select the Page Layout and choose Page Setup.

: Select Sheet tab and select Comments dropdown.

: How you want to print the comments, choose any one of the options (None, At end of sheet, As displayed on sheet) and click ok.

How to Clear the Values and text while Keeping Formulas?

In spreadsheet that requires you to clear the values but retain the formulas in Excel.

Step1: Open the Excel worksheet containing the values and formulas.

: Go to dialog box, click the Special button.

Step3

: Select the Constants radio button.

Step4

: Now you want to clear the numbers choose “Numbers” or “Text” under the formulas. Click ok.

Note

: All fields containing values and not formulas will be highlighted. Press the Delete key on your keyboard to clear out the values.

Edit Your Document While In Print Preview

Have you ever been ready to print a document but when you used Print Preview to review how it will look, you found something that needed to be changed? Instead of exiting out of Print Preview to edit your document, you can make your changes while you are still in Print Preview.

Step1: While viewing your document in Print Preview, go to the Ribbon.

Step2:

In the Preview section, uncheck the Magnifier checkbox.

Step3:

The Magnifier cursor will change to a Text Select icon. Make the changes to your document and print.

Step4:

Click Close Print Preview from the Ribbon.

Step5:

Save your document to keep the changes you made.
