Tracking Revisions in Excel 2007 – Track Changes While Editing

Step1: Click the sheet to make it active.

Step2: Click the Review tab on the Ribbon.

Step3: Click Track Changes in the Changes group.

Step4: Choose Highlight Changes.

Step5: Click in the “Track changes while editing” box and then set the types of changes you want to highlight.
