Select Files in Windows Vista – Without Using Ctrl or Shift Key

How do we select more than one file without using Ctrl or Shift key in Windows Vista?

A:

Step1: Choose Tools from menu bar and Select Folder Options

Step2: In Folder Options, select the View Tab.

Step3: Under the Advanced Settings, Check the option “Use Check Boxes to Select Items”

Step4: Click Apply and Ok

Now the files/ folders get highlighted while moving the cursor near to them. Use this check box for copying/deleting files or folders
