Edit Your Document While In Print Preview

Have you ever been ready to print a document but when you used Print Preview to review how it will look, you found something that needed to be changed? Instead of exiting out of Print Preview to edit your document, you can make your changes while you are still in Print Preview.

Step1: While viewing your document in Print Preview, go to the Ribbon.

Step2:

In the Preview section, uncheck the Magnifier checkbox.

Step3:

The Magnifier cursor will change to a Text Select icon. Make the changes to your document and print.

Step4:

Click Close Print Preview from the Ribbon.

Step5:

Save your document to keep the changes you made.

Step 1: My most favourite site is convert icon

Step 2: Upload ur png

Step 3: click convert icon

step 4 : right click – save target as two save ur favourite icon(.ico)

Formatting Powerpoint Handouts using ms word 2007

Handouts are basically thumbnails of slides. Its also used to take the presentations as printout.
Handouts allow to provide more detailed information than a slide. They give your audience something to take away from your presentation, to review later. They are one more way for your listeners to be reminded of you and your key messages.

In PowerPoint presentation click view and press Handout Master.

Formatting Powerpoint Handouts using Word 2007

Step1: Click the Office Button in Powerpoint presentation.
Step2: Choose Publish, select Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word.
Step3: Send to Microsoft Office Word popup will appear.
Step4: Choose the page layout you wish to use and select the corresponding radio button.
Step5: And then add slides to Microsoft Office document.
Step6: Click Ok.

Note: Now you can use Word’s formatting tools to make your handouts look the way you want them to.
